Northridge project to fetch Rs 350-400cr revenue: Brigade
Brigade Enterprises has launched a new luxury project in north Bangalore called Brigade Panorama. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, CMD MR Jaishankar said that the company expects revenues from this project to be to the tune of Rs 350-400 crore. Shares of the company hit a fresh 52-week high in trade on Friday after gaining over 170 percent this year.
Brigade floats Northridge near Bangalore airport
Brigade Group, a leading property developer in the south, has announced the launch of its residential apartment project, Brigade Panorama in north Bangalore. The project, spread over six acre, will offer about 500 residential units as a mix of 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK luxury apartments, starting with a price tag of Rs 65 lakh.
